Initial service call fee is charged for the first visit. Labour is billed at $100.00 per hour, calculated in 15-minute increments at $25.00 per interval, plus the cost of any required parts.

Any service required within 90 days related to the original repair will be treated as a callback. In these cases, no additional service call fee will apply; however, labour charges will still apply.
